✝️ Our Commitment

We want you to love your faith-inspired apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund according to the guidelines below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be **unworn, unwashed, and in original condition** 
* Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of delivery.
* Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

* Items marked as **Final Sale**
* Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We gladly offer exchanges if the item is in stock. Contact us at Faithbyfaith48@Gmail.com to begin the process.

 💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

* We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
* If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.
* Shipping costs are **non-refundable** unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

📦 Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a **defective**, **damaged**, or **incorrect** item, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at  Faithbyfaith48@Gmail.com. Include photos if possible so we can assist quickly and appropriately.

2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.
